Davis Dewey – President
Davis and his wife Robin purchased the company from the original owners Barbara and Al Hutchins in 2004. Davis was previously with Timex Corporation for 25 years as a District Sales Manager. As President, Davis oversees general management including sales, marketing and human resource activities. Davis and Robin have two grown children Elizabeth and Davis Jr. and they reside in Barrington, R.I.
Deanna Monell - Office Manager
Prior to joining NETS in 2008, Deanna worked for Bank Newport as a Teller and Relationship Manager. Deanna coordinates all customer orders, oversees purchasing, accounts payables and accounts receivables. She is a welcoming voice on the phone to all of our customers. Deanna and her daughter, Jenna, reside in Portsmouth, R.I.
Steve Carlson - Service Manager & Imaging Specialist
As our veteran Imaging Specialist Steve has been with the company since 1996. Having learned printer repair primarily on his own initiative, he can repair the majority of the office equipment in the market and he is also certified on all HP equipment. With his technical knowledge and extreme desire to offer the best possible service he is always a welcome sight to our customers. In addition to his service duties he is responsible for managing and scheduling all service dispatches as well as ordering and managing repair parts. Steve and his wife Cindy reside in Portsmouth, R.I.
Jim Smith - Imaging Specialist
As our newest technician Jim has been with the company since 2007. With a 25 year electronics and mechanical background learning office equipment repair was a natural for Jim. With his new found knowledge and enthusiastic determination to repair every piece of equipment he encounters, he is also well received by our customers. Jim and his wife Jeanie are both lifelong residents of Portsmouth, R.I.
Bob Lapointe & Louie Fournier – Delivery & Inventory Managers
Bob and Louie started with the company in 2007 and 2008 respectively following careers with the Department of the Navy in Newport, R.I. Both are friendly and very helpful to all our customers as they make their deliveries and pickups. They are responsible for packing, scheduling and delivering all customer orders and managing product inventory levels. Bob and his wife Lucille reside in Tiverton, R.I. Louie and his wife Dawn resides in Westport, Mass.
