LaserGuard - Generally performed annually this is a 15-step maintenance process resulting in a complete inspection and cleaning of your laser printer.

LaserGuard Plus - includes the basic 15-step LaserGuard service and fully warrants your printer for labor for one year. (annual service contract) - Parts not included.

LaserGuard Elite - includes the basic 15-step laser LaserGuard service and fully warrants your printer for any parts and labor for one year. (annual service and parts contract)

Black & white loaner printers are available if repairs cannot be performed on-site or if there is a delay in our performing a repair - no charge.

LaserGuard Maintenance

Includes these 15 Steps:

  1. Remove appropriate assemblies in the paper path
  2. Clean and inspect shell of printer
  3. Remove toner and paper dust from fuser assembly
  4. Check and if needed, replace fuser assembly
  5. Clean and if needed, replace transfer assembly
  6. Replace separation pad
  7. Clean or replace pick-up roller surfaces
  8. Clean registration rollers
  9. Clean Exit rollers.
  10. Clean and inspect cooling fan(s)
  11. Tighten and if needed, replace screws. Check grounds
  12. Lubricate printer with appropriate high temperature grease.
  13. Clean the lower part of printer using vacuum and compressed air.
  14. Reassemble printer
  15. Test Printer
